Application Process

If you would like your son or daughter to attend Holy Family College, please follow these steps:

Download and complete the application form and attach the relevant documentation below, or visit us to collect or drop off hard copies:

  1. Copy of your child’s birth certificate
  2. Two copies of your child’s most recent half year or year-end school report
  3. Copies of any remedial / assessment reports
  4. Copy of latest and previous year-end fee statement from previous school, if applicable
  5. Copy of both parents’ ID documents
  6. Proof of residence in parent’s name, e.g. the utility bill
  7. Copy of your child’s immunisation certificate (primary school only)
  8. Salary advice slips of both parents (original)
  9. Letter from accountant/public officer, as well as 3 months bank statements – only if self-employed (original)

Pay the application fee of R100, which can be done via EFT, or in person at the school. Our banking details are as follows:
