All Applications To Be Accompanied By The Following Documentation

1. Learner’s last two (2) current reports.
2. Learner’s last final year-end report.
3. Current School fee statement (January to current date)
4. Learner’s UNABRIDGED birth certificate.
5. Immigration study permit/visa.
6. Learner’s immunization card.
7. Proof of residential address for both parents (not older than three (3) months).
8. Father’s ID book/ID card/passport.
9. Father’s latest three (3) months pay slips.
10. Father’s latest three (3) months bank statements.
11. Mother’s ID book/ID card/passport.
12. Mother’s latest three (3) months pay slips.
13. Mother’s latest three (3) months bank statements.
14. Documents required by person responsible for fees (if not parent)
    1. Affidavit stating responsible for fees.
    2. ID book/ID card/passport.
    3. Proof of residential address.
    4. Proof of income.
15. Self-employed ONLY:
    1. Current management (financial) reports.
    2. Latest three (3) months bank statements.
    3. SARS tax clearance certificate.
16. Documents required by Trust (if trust is responsible for payment of fees):
    1. Letter from Trust.
    2. Proof of Funds.
17. Any other proof of additional income (investments, maintenance order, saving accounts, etc).
18. Legal guardian/custodian:
    1. Copy of guardian/custodian appointment letter.
    2. ID book/ID card/passport.
    3. Proof of income.
    4. Proof of residential address (not older than three (3) months).
19. Fees payable:
    1. Application fee (non-refundable) of R750, payable upon handing in of application form.
    2. Admission fee (non-refundable) of R5,500, payable upon acceptance of learner.
